"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. "Room was dirty. Cigarette butts in corners of the room. Clraning staff left bags of garbage and old linen from orevious guest in the hall right outside our door for over 24 hours, we had to love it because the wind was blowing and bags were very loud.Trash in the pull out couch. "We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Beach Resort. It was clean and had tons of storage space, comfortable bed, cute retro decor, ceiling fan, hot shower, large refrigerator, right on the beautiful white sand beach. It was only about a block away from the Sunrunner bus stop so public transportation is easy. It was perfect for our first trip to St Pete's Beach. "

"0 stars. Disgusting. Number one issue is Rats and bed bugs followed with dr*gs and prost*tut*on galore. Place needs to be fumigated for anything living.
