"Check in after hours was great. Classic hotel with all the charm and nuances you expect from that heritage. Similar in preservation reminded me of old National Park hotels. Friendly staff and very nice grounds. Breakfast met expectations but did not exceed them. Excellent value and location to the beaches. Would recommend for the value received without hesitation. "

"We love staying at St. Pete Beach Suites. This was probably our 8th stay here. There is a new management service but all still is perfect. The first thing you’ll notice is that it is an old motel, but it is gleaming and clean and beautifully kept up. The next thing you’ll notice is the great location. "The room was clean , and Judy was friendly and always available to help with anything. The reception was always helpful, and the free morning coffee was excellent. Free happy hour from 4-5 daily was very enjoyable. There were lots of available activities that the grandchildren enjoyed, and they made some good friends. "

"Persimmon room- brand new, upgraded, (we had stayed in it prior to renovation) ground floor, immaculate, large king bed was comfy, excellent water pressure in shower, thick, soft towels, perfect location, friendly, efficient staff, we love this Inn- have stayed six previous times and will return soon! Highly recommended. No frills- but everything you need for an excellent beach stay (towels, chairs, cooler, ice, bikes, they even have sunscreen! And FREE parking. Reserve your stay soon! "

"Mint house was perfect for our New Years Birthday trip . The studio was clean , great kitchen, modern and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient to restaurants, shops , cafes etc . We had a delicious dinner at Il Ritorno and a really fun night great music at The Cage brewery . "
