"We did not use the facilities of this "resort", so I will not comment on them. We had to kick the door to get it open, every time we entered, it was so stuck that pushing didn't work. I took a shower and the water continually cycled from way too cold, to almost too hot to bear. Since I had to wash my hair I had to endure 4 such cycles until I was done. The walkway that runs along the doors to each room is paved with tiles. Many of the tiles are loose and therefore loudly click when someone walks or drags a suitcase over them. These clicks are easily heard in the room. We are 82 years old and had a room on the 2nd floor. There is only one elevator at the resort and it was nowhere near our room. Our room was between 2 staircases, but we are unable to walk up stairs. We had to park in valet parking (they did not charge us the $5/day more to park in valet over the $10/day that everyone has to pay). Valet parking is near check-in, where the elevator is located. You would not believe the sound produced when the elevator opened and closed. Each time we wondered if we would make it to our floor. I was never so happy to checkout of a hotel. Calling SkyBeach a hotel is a stretch, it's more like a 1940s motel."

"This is definitely not a resort, however, charging resort fees. There’s no restaurant only a pool bar with chips and salsa which by the way was nice. The pool was nice also the balcony view from the best room offered by This hotel has is extremely nice, but the balcony chairs were broken & the the room itself was trash.. old and dirty.. never again!! They did the bait and switch trick.. we booked the Serata but ended up right next-door at the shores. "

"They towed my RV when it was parked where they told ME to put it. In a valet only parking, I parked two blocks down and had a ticket in the window. On the day I was to leave, my RV was towed by the managers of the hotel. The clientele that go here are stuck up. Too much for a small ass room and a bucket for a pool. Don't waste your money! "

"Beautiful hotel! The place has such cool history.?Everyone was so friendly, the pool was really nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. "

"Very nice small property right on the beach. They had few amenities but what they had was nice. They have a grill area with lots of dining like seating, small pool, ping pong table (it was too windy to play the 4 days we were there) a nice sitting area facing the beach and a hammock. I think laundry facilities are available too but didn't use them. The staff was very nice and even got our ball out of a tree for us."

"Lots of construction was going on at the beach area. Staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Room was great for the sleeping arrangements we needed. Floor of our room was gritty and dirty. Bottom of our feet were black. "

"I got a standard room for four people, and it was really small. No room anywhere to put any suitcases but other than that everything was excellent. Definitely will be going back and getting a bigger room next time."
