"Dirty and was not given the correct room"

"If you want a free continental breakfast, don’t eat here because I’ll give you coffee and blueberry muffins"

"Clean and comfortable motel room which has been nicely renovated and reasonably priced. Bathroom a bit small and didnt have a fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is just Granola bars, yoghurt, poptarts and coffee you can take with you."

"Joya at the front desk is such a wonderful cheerful person and made sure we had all the information we needed to know about the Inn and even had fresh made cookies for check in. The lady running breakfast even made fresh made to order eggs & omelette for breakfast and made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. It’s a cute little Inn and in a nice area , look out the window and you will most likely see deer around , the hot tub was nice to wind down in at the end of the day and again Joya...

"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! Honey Rock Landing is so much more...

"This was an absolutely gorgeous, magical, beautiful stay! Terri and Marty made me feel like I had the run of the house while making sure that I had everything that I needed even without asking for it. The breakfast scones were amazing! The bed was super comfy. I absolutely loved the water feature fountain in the entryway. The library was a nice surprise and a wonderful place to have morning coffee. Bella the Purple Poodle and I had a great stay here, and she loved meeting Ivy, their 2 year...

"Great staff. Good breakfast."

"Basic rooms but clean. Staff is excellent! Breakfast better than most luxury hotels as well as coffee. Pool wasnt available but honestly didnt need it. Check in and out quick and efficient."

"It was a nice place. Would rate 4 out of 5. A single lady was maintaining everything, from front desk-morning breakfast-cleaning. But everything was well maintained. Will highly recommend. We traveled with little kids and parking right in front of room at the first floor was helpful with the luggage."
