Hotel dekat Gunung Batur

"It was very dirty. Mould everywhere, weird smell. Dirty and broken toilet. We stayed there for 4 days nobody cleaned the room. When we reached there and complained about the condition of room owner was so rude and almost threatened us. Only good thing was the view from hotel. But its very loud there constant noise of trucks. Food options were very few and kitchen was dirty. "

"good"

"good. We had a private hot tub"

"The staff were so kind and friendly. Very helpful when needing transportation as the villas are a little bit away from the village. Very peaceful location. In my opinion a perfect place to stay for a short visit in the Kintamani area"

"It was new and nice, clean, good comfertable bed. The pool was really nice and stuff very friendly. Real value"

"We have a excellent experience in this resort, the view was beautiful and the room was excellent the important one is the staff was very kind and really helpful especially Anggie and Lia she always make our days easy thank you so much for your kind effort and kindness we will be back on the future thanks a lot guys"

"My stay was just ok. The staff was great and the bed was comfortable. The cabin is designed to make the most of the view, of course. However, I found the layout odd. The couch faces one way and the TV is completely in a different direction. The place didn’t offer a small fridge which would have been extremely helpful. The flies in the area made it difficult to enjoy the patio and view from outside. This is an issue for Kitamani as a whole. They should also consider putting a sign in front...

"The road to the hotel was more like a moon landscaping than a road or path I had troubles with my foot and couldn’t walk far so I needed to rent a motorbike to get around, the staff was friendly and helpful makes me happy"

A fuir ."

"hotel agak terpencil karna dekat danau tetapi kami kenggunakan kamar keluarga dengan kolam renang air hangat setiap saat jadi sangat menyenangkan"

"the room need maintenance .the area is ok"

"The room itself was lovely and clean with a beautiful view and a balcony on which to enjoy it! However, the bathroom let the room down, it was mouldy in places and generally smelled damp - it simply needs a good bleach and scrub! The hotel itself was dusty everywhere, perhaps a hazard of the volcanic area, but it didn’t inspire confidence on our arrival. The lounge upstairs is a nice and stylish place to relax and the staff were friendly and helpful - they helped us book a taxi to our next...
