"Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice dining options in hotel. Picked this hotel for ease of walking to the Sphere."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Wouldn't allow us to check in at 2pm. Had to wait until 330 unless you gave them $25. A little petty."

"Flamingos is on a great spot on the strip and they have a lot of shops to enjoy attached to the building. We love the live flamingos you get to see and the atmosphere is electric!"

"The only complaint is navigating in and out of hotel to walk to the strip or other restaurants. Elevators a little confusing until you get used to the technology. Beautiful hotel inside and out All staff we interacted with were nice and helpful"
