Once I did find someone, I was able to get into my room. The room: not good at all. There is only one chair in the room, it had no back cushion so you really couldn't use it. "Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms have all recently been redone very clean. In general the vibe is old school traditional roadside motel but when you go in your room it’s up to date and the back deck outside your room opens up to a lovely yard with a nice pool and they have lots of fireside/lawn toys to keep you occupied. I would definitely stay here again"

"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!!
