"My family and I really enjoyed the stay here.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and there were a lot of restaurants in the area.
I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. "

"離地鐵站、NC Outlet都很近，將軍拳頭肉烤肉和TOTO紫菜包飯都很物超所值。
有位年輕的男性櫃檯人員，應該是韓國人，但英文跟漢語都說得很好，服務也親切，還會介紹附近的美食，連住了兩晚，可惜離開前沒能再跟他謝謝。
另一位女員工則是完全不理會人，高高在上讓人很不舒服，甚至只顧著講手機，工作態度非常不好。
Check out時服務的是較年長的男性員工，雖然英文帶著口音還是能感受他工作 方面的專業。
好的Hotel除了地點，最重要的依然是服務的溫度。"
