"Had an excellent stay , walked into town every night which was about a 10 minute walk so nice and local , used the hot tub which was lovely after a day out on the bike . Will defiantly use this property again when we all come back 👍 100% 5 star House was immaculate had a great sea view."

"Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "Real hidden gem. Not so interesting from the outside, but very nice inside indeed. All was comfortable with enough space. Big enough for 2 persons with all you can wish for. The only advice I could give is to have more then just 4 pieces of cups, plates and everything. This can not fill the dishwasher."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. The hosts were polite and quick to respond with any queries we had. They’d left us lovely treats on arriving. There is nothing I could improve! "We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. It was so painful that I went outside and slept in my car. Additionally, when I woke up, I had beetles crawling on my feet. After we returned...

"Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s). Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided. The beds were comfy too. The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could. No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any."

"What a little 💎 Absolutely loved our little weekend break here and would of loved to have stayed longer. Everything you need all under 1 roof . We will definitely be returning. Also the pea hen was a treat xx"

"Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!"
