ROW NYC
8/10 Good
"The hotel entrance and lobby are really nice and modern. Hotel staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and I had great conversations with those I spoke to while waiting in the lobby for someone to meet me. The elevators are fast, but very small, and one of the elevators that went to my floor was broken while I was there. The room itself met my needs, but was quite basic and didn’t appear to be very well maintained. There’s only a little bit of space between the foot of the bed and the wall, and the toilet was tucked into a narrow space. The walls, trim, and bathroom door—which was a barn door, so no privacy from anyone else in the room—were all painted with the same green paint, and felt awfully like a landlord special. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was broken, as was the black out shade. Neither really interfered with my experience, but I know that would bother some people. There was an overhead light, which I appreciated, as well as a floor lamp, and sconces above each nightstand, although the lighting in the room was dimmer than I would’ve preferred. The location is VERY close to Broadway, and was a ~15 walk to MSG. I hoped for a bit more for the price I paid, but I would stay here again if I found a good price."

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location, on Central Park between the Ritz and the Plaza. The room was very nice and quiet. Very walkable location and to jump on the subway."
