"Amazing hotel! "

"Enjoyed everything about this hotel. A friend & I were in NYC to see an opera & shared a room together. There was plenty of space for us to move around without being in each other’s way. The closet was too small for both of us to hang our clothes, that can easily be remedied. The staff was wonderful, bartenders were so nice & friendly & the hotel allowed me to take home two pillow cases with guitars on them, I was happy about that. Overall great experience. "

"This was the perfect location close to Times Square. The hotel itself was very clean and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions that you had they even set up a car for you for transportation back to the airport"

"Friendly staff at the front desk… check in and check out went very smooth and seamless. Barbara at thr front desk was very warm and kind. Made me feel at home. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great! Will definitely be back!"

"The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.” "

"On arrival I was told the suite I booked was unavailable and I was reassigned to a regular room with one bed and a sofa bed. Apparently a water leak had to be taken care of. Luckily they stood by their word and I was given the booked suite for the rest of my stay. It was an inconvenience for one night but the rest of our stay was great. It’s in a prime location with lots of things to do, a few blocks from Central Park and 5th Ave flagship stores. We loved it!"

"Everything was amazing Staff was incredible Having the bakery and vouchers for hotel guests is genius! They are working on ideas to incorporate small plates or food at their lounge, which I would say seals the deal on the perfect set up! Felt safe Subway was close by and they even had us a cab to our super early departure to JFK! Everything was great Hated to leave"
