Some small trash on floor; they must have used a dirty, wet rag on the stove and counter which left visible swirls; dirty bathroom sink with hair clippings all over it from a prior guest. Only reason was generous with 2 stars instead of 1 was because the bed appeared clean and was comfortable - for our one-night stay, this was most important factor."

"We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, and while the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations, the experience with the staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive.
