"The pictures of the building and guest rooms on hotels.com DID NOT coincide with what we found when we got to the location. The exterior of the building was in disrepair (cracks and loose bricks visible), and the lawn in front of the building was overgrown. The room was minimally clean, but the tub, shower curtain, and toilet were showing signs that it was definitely time for a replacement. The microwave was tiny and still had sticky fingerprints on it from a previous guest. There was no convenient source of drinking water; the water fountain the lobby was not functioning, and the soda machine was out of order. Thankfully the fitness room had a water cooler in it, but that was the best we could do. The kids enjoyed the pool, but we used it after dark (due to our schedule) and the ceiling lights were only working (dimly) in half of the room. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was unappetizing. The good part of the stay was that the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable, and the towels were fluffy."

"The room was $76.00, it was good for an overnight stay as we were in the area for a concert. It looks like a lot of contractors and people working in the area stay there as well. I didn't try the breakfast it looked like just a waffle machine, we went to a nearby Bob Evans. Staff was friendly, I wouldn't say it is super clean but not bad for the price."
