The service is impeccable, the hotel has 140+ years of history, and the dining choices are superb. Well worth the stay. And did I mention the staff? The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained.
