"The hotel was relaxing, onsen was amazing, dinner was a limited menu but good. The secenery was stunning. The staff were hard to find at times, overall I would definitely come back."

"This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and clean. All amenities were in perfect working order. The food was top tier. The bus stop was right next to the building. I highly recommend checking it out if you plan on visiting Hakone."

"i wish i could live here. the staff was so sweet, they helped bring me into my room, brought my luggage, and sat me down for check in. i love the free waterbottle they gave, i loved the free drink bar with so much different teas, and i loved the breakfast. their food is so good, their onsen is great, and the parking is free too. the hotel is on a hill so you must get food from the nearby 7-11, sushi resturant, or box burger. i want to stay at this place a again. my daughter and i loved it!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden."

"This is the best hotel I stayed at during my Tokyo-Yokohama-Hakone trip. The largest room, great breakfast buffet, polite staff, great amenities, especially the baths and lounge area. Tucked away from the busy city, much more calm and serene. A very short walk to the train station to get everywhere else. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
