Cari Town House di Hakone

"Beautiful rooms and property. The size of the rooms were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay! I only deducted a star because there’s no room service and some of the vending machines are inside the onsen area, so they aren’t accessible by both men and women on particular days. Also be aware that only one onsen has a Mountain View, and it may not be your day to use it if you’re a man or woman,"

"Very cool experience. The meal is a very traditional Japanese meal, with of course the main meal being the pick of your choice. The waygu beef was fabulous. Pricey option itself as an onsen, but the most affordable that we could find!"

"The private onsen was absolutely lovely."

"Great old time hotel. Beautiful garden. Were large room well appointed. It is so good to be able to open a window. Good size (like full) 2 beds, excellent mattress. Bathroom is great even by Japanese standards. Spa treatments definitely a plus. Terrific stuff, competent and eager to help. Restaurant was ok. Bus stop was across the street."

"The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead)."

"The onsen should be more clean, that is my only suggestion. The rest amazing, I recommend this place."

"We loved it here! So relaxing after a few busy days in Tokyo. Food is amazing and plentiful, and the onsen literally felt healing"

"Son súper intensos con los horarios"

"When you step in it like all you sense are targeted. I loved the smell the most. It was lake sage is the best that I could compare it to. If you have the chance stay here and try to get the room with your private Onsen."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early to check in our bags. They also helped us with our breakfast bentos which we couldn't find a place to heat up. We were extremely thankful for this as we arrived very hungry! We went out for a walk around the area and took the bus to lake ashinoko, hakone shrine and a boat ride. Afterwards, we came back after the standard check in time to claim our bags to move to the room, but our bags were already in our room for us! The private onsen...

"I highly recommend Hotel Nanpuso to anyone visiting Hakone. What made our stay memorable wasn’t just the beautiful hotel or Japanese hospitality, but the incredible people who went above and beyond to take care of us. We arrived around 8 PM after a 14-hour flight and a four-hour transfer. Despite our late arrival, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a full kaiseki dinner for us so we wouldn’t miss out on this wonderful Japanese dining experience. The following morning, our Klook tour plans nearly...

"We love this hotel We got picked up from the train station Breakfast was brilliant The hot pools/baths were beautiful Staff were very friendly and helpful Our room was spacious and clean We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel"

"お料理、接遇などすばらしいです。"

"Beautiful Japanese style service Onotenashi Excellent presentations of each meals. We enjoyed Japanese style staying at Aura Tachibana in Hakone. Thank you very much."

"Beautiful and funky property. The shared spaces were very nicely appointed with a room full of records and artsy books. Loved the indoor and outdoor onsens here as well. The tatami mats and floor seats were a unique experience as well. The only small negative is that it is a little off the beaten path but even with that point & that it was raining, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend."
