"First and foremost, the building looks like it’s condemned and anyone who spends their hard earned money to stay here should be very well aware of that. As for the interior of the unit that is subpar at best be prepared for the fact that there really is not an actual bedroom. It’s a bed that you have no space to walk around. "So relaxing, peaceful, beautiful beyond words. True welcoming hawaian hospitality. A place everyone should experience. We saw double rainbows with mountain backrounds, one of the worlds largest sand bars, snorkled with turtles from the resort boat ride and kayaked to china mans hat. Ate authentic homemade banana bread in the am while keeping up with our exercise routines in the property gym. Lounging on the floating decks around the hot tub and pool were so relaxing. Its was just fabulous. "

"The shops were very convenient and nice. The food was excellent. However… the crowds are big, and the beaches were littered with homeless tents. Homeless men were screaming at the top of their lungs. Walking by their encampments was bad, the stench of human filth was unsettling. Walking on the beach at night was sketchy. I loved Hawaii. I did not like the Hawaiian Village. Waiting for en elevator every day took ten minutes because the lines were long. I was traveling solo. I needed to feel safe."

"Yes breakfast was good, parking was easy,staff was great, house keeping was very fast to deliver extra towels as needed. Room was clean, but only thing we're dissatisfied with was the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. "

"The overall stay was good. They initially placed us in a room very far away, which was too far for my father to walk to. They did, however, accommodate us closer after our request. For dinner, we were served 20 minutes after we sat down, and the dining room was empty. "

"Stayed at the Renaissance Spa Hotel and had a great experience overall. Shawn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. I stayed on the 19th floor with beautiful city views and a partial ocean view. I spent 7 nights there, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to excellent housekeeping. I got two rooms; the accessible one had a larger bathroom and toilet space but the shower was a bathtub unlike the photo that featured a shower head and walk in shower, the shower in the regular room was also a bathtub and it would creak at any movement (as if it were to break at any moment for some reason). "Beautifully, elegant hotel with clean, good sized rooms (tower wing), lovely views with plenty of sunshine, refrigerator small closet, drawers, ample lighting and good AC (almost too cold at times!).
