"Just got off a 5 week cruise with 7 cases and was able to check in our room at 9.30am instead of 3pm was very happy "

"No frills place which allows a family of three in a decent clean accomodation with a microwave kitchenette. We stayed in a chalet style room called the works but they do have other just room only options. Parking is plenty and no hassle in that. Don't expect room service and very very high standards as it is a no frills experience. They do cater to housekeeping if asked for and will change towels if you request but don't expect it to be an automatic event. We were pretty happy with the whole...

"Renovated hotel with large rooms and easy free parking. However, the receptionist was not very inviting and the room was cold when we arrived. Warming it up took a while to work it out. The bar was only partially manned and breakfast was plentiful but missing orange juice."

The receptionist was very rude and abrupt when we arrived to pay before our wedding (before we got married) and made us feel unwelcome from the get go.
