"Amazing place to stay at. "

"The shower didn’t work annd was broken. Even after I told the front desk nobody came to fix it. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it said no smoking. People around me in adjacent rooms were arguing and screaming. I told the front desk clerk twice and nothing was done. My fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and tell the desk clerk and he had to come down the room and fix it. The breakfast Buffett was total mayhem with kids and adults both making messes everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was in hair bonnets, pajamas, and house shoes. This place is as Ghetto as it gets! Avoid at all cost."

"We didn't request daily cleaning so we were ok. Very busy on weekend we left with not enough help and only one elevator was working then as well. Oceanfront room with balcony was great . Pool and beach access were great. Breakfast was nice to have but nothing special. "
