"All good other than when we checked out; billing had some errors but was quickly resolved once it was brought to their attention. "

"The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter)."

"We had a fantastic stay at Microtel! We booked the suite and loved the use of the kitchen and the extra space. The pool was fantastic, except that the bottom of it was super rough and all of the kids got scrapes on it every time they swam. My one major complaint is with the breakfast. Yes they had food, but nothing great. They had one waffle iron that was very slow and backed everything up. No pancakes. On the weekend they removed the waffle maker and replaced it with eggos.
