"Very calm, nicely priced place. Very rural, so in my big city opinion it’s more like a place to stay the night and relax indoors or on the little porch/balcony area. Staff is prompt and communicative. Right by the highway. Nearest bigger town (Binghamton) and nearest activities (parks and rivers) are all about a 20min drive away. The place has a TV, mini fridge, stuff like that."

"I stayed in a third floor room with a brand new bathroom, the room itself could use a little updating, but it was clean and perfectly fine. It’s a great value and it comes with a delicious for breakfast. Everyone that works there is super nice and there’s a restaurant and bar in the first floor."

"I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. The front desk offered no assistance, even after I explained that my children were waiting in the car. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience,...

"The tub had a leak, which dripped, and there was no toilet paper when I arrived. As it was raining, I decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. The meal was not great; it kind of looked like cat food (beef short rib bowl)."

"They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again."
