"Wonderful staff. Our deluxe sea view rooms on 4th floor had beautiful views. We requested rooms where pets were not allowed due to my uni student teenage daughter's allergies. She arrived with red, itchy face and her face improved significantly during our 4 day stay, so they clearly obliged. Furthermore we were put in interconnected rooms and this really made our stay - connected via corridor. All staff were very friendly from the young chap on reception to the breakfast and spa staff. "Very clean and comfy room. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. A great place to stay with easy access into Plymouth if you have a pet with you. Staff we so friendly with our dog and its great they allow them into breakfast. "
