"If you can't cook hash browns properly, don't serve them. No mushrooms at breakfast. I had a cappuccino and a cafe au lait from the machine. They were exactly the same and both tasted gross. I had to put extra milk in just to make them drinkable."

"We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!"

"The rooms were above a pub and you had to enter the guest rooms through part of the pub, which didn’t feel particularly safe. There wasn’t a front desk and not sure what service was available when the pub was closed. I never saw anyone who worked there after checking in, The room seemed clean but the carpet felt funky. The curtains were missing some hooks so hanging loose a bit. There wasn’t a lot of street noise from my room on the front of the building. Someone was clearly in my room during...

"Sehr zentrales Hotel, quasi direkt um die Ecke einer Tube Station. Vier U-Bahn Linien :Pink/Gelb/ Blau/Grün ganz nah.

"We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens."

"Our group booked six rooms at W6 Hotel Hammersmith, and the quality varied considerably. One room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, while others had issues with cleanliness, maintenance, unpleasant smells and shower temperatures.
Problems encountered included mould in a fridge, damaged walls, cracked window glass, faulty lighting, a persistent burning smell and stained bathroom surfaces. Some rooms also had damaged furnishings and exposed wiring.
The biggest disappointment was the...
