"Great, fresh breakfast spread. Room was clean. Then only disappointing part was that we booked two rooms and the room with three beds for our kids was larger was bigger with a bigger en-suite than our room/washroom with the king bed. Having said that, location was amazing (central to all major attraction Kanin sultanahmet) and staff was extremely helpful. "

"Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town (so the roads around are narrow and hilly - but so is most of Istanbul) The area is safe, bustling with local shops and literally a 10 minute walk from all the famous sights in the old town. That includes the ferries and cruise suppliers. The rooftoo restaurant has exactly the views you see in the hotels website...its beautiful having breakfast and evening meal up there. We used the spa and you can use all the amenities including pool, sauna, steam room...

"Staff are very friendly, we had a warm welcome. Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of tourism attractions and historical places with a walking distance. Lots of food and restaurants and shoppings around. It's a small hotel with small rooms, a room just for sleeping and not much free space but clean room and bathroom. 24/7 available staff. we are happy with our stay. "

"The room was spotless the staff are incredible the location is perfect the hotel itself is nothing to write about . The breakfast was looking tired dont pick up the hotel for the swimming pool as it's so tiny .so did it do the worl yes . Did I feel that I was in holiday no. The building is dated tiney crumbed not a feeling you want in holiday ."

"Unfortunately its more an Influencer Restaurant Photo spot than a nice hotel. You feel like they care more about the people taking pictures and only staying for food than actually for hotel guest. The house itself is very well maintained and the old charme was also the reason why we booked it and its even more beautiful in real life. "Lovely small, friendly hotel in a perfect location for exploring the main historical sites on foot. Literally a 5 min walk to sultanhamet square, blue mosque, haggia sophia and basilica sisterns. Engin and the team were welcoming, attentive and helpful. This was our first trip to Istanbul and Emerald Mansion was the perfect place for our stay. The weather was pretty cold while we were there so we didn’t mind that there was no outside space but this might be more of an issue if visting in warmer...

The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay."
