広く素晴らしい庭園と眺望の良い部屋と良質な朝食のホテル

ジェットバス付き部屋というように明記されていた部屋をHOTELS. COM で予約したが、このホテルで通された部屋にはジェットバス付ではなかったため、ホテルに掛け合うとともに、HOTELS.COMにも電話した。3時間以上も時間がかかったが、HOTELS.COMでは結局ジェットバス付の部屋を用意してくれそうもなかった。ところが、日本語を話せる非常に親身になってくれたマネージャーが対応してくれ、ジェットバス付の部屋ではなかったが、眺望の非常に良いワンランク上のスイートルームに通してくれた。ところで、このホテルの庭園は広く、よく整備されていて、素晴らしかった。また、朝食レストランはゆったりして作りで、非常に広く、中華・和食・洋食と多種多様な料理が並んでいた。料理の質も非常によかった。ホテル周辺には、歩いても行ける有名な観光地である西湖に行くことができ、またタクシーで15元ほどのところに有名な清河街もある。ジェットバス付の部屋ではなかったが、このホテルをえらんで大変良かったと思っている。

Helles Hotel am Berg, für Raucher geeignet

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren leider nicht so zufrieden. Die erste Nacht mussten wir in einem Raucherzimmer verbringen und obwohl wir sofort zur Rezeption gingen, um zu tauschen, wurde uns das erst am nächsten Tag zugebilligt. Für uns eine starke Einschränkung, da wir die Nacht nicht schlafen konnten wegen des üblen Geruchs, noch dazu mit unserem Sohn. Sein Beistellbett war hart wie Stein, da hätte er gleich auf dem Boden schlafen können. Weder der Kühlschrank noch die Kaffeemaschine noch der Abfluss im Bad funktionierte richtig. Schön waren der Hotelgarten und die Einrichtung des Hotels. Das Personal war freundlich, sprach aber kein Englisch. Selbst in Nichtraucherbereichen wurde geraucht, überall Aschenbecher.

Great experience, great staff

Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder.

The room we were given after checking in was moldy, had stains on the carpet and the curtain was not properly attached to the railing. We insisted on having the manager look a the room so he could personally see the conditions of the rooms in his hotel. The manager did not speak any English so had one of his employees act as a translator. After showing them the moldy shower, the translator asked what the problem was!?!? We pointed out the mold in the shower and the other problems with the room (curtains, and stained carpet) and they agreed to move us to a different room in a different tower. There was a small amount of mold in the shower in some difficult-to-reach places new room, but overall the new room was quite clean and pleasant and in good condition. If you book a room here, keep in mind that unless the hotel staff thinks you are someone important, or are willing to complain, you may end up in a very poor condition room. The first room we were given was worse than many rooms I've had in cheap travel motels in the USA.

環境整潔、服務人員有禮貌、房間很大，位置距西湖也很近，印象深刻的是當刷卡進電梯到達住房樓層後，牆上標誌會隨你刷卡的房號閃燈引導你快速地到達你的房間，非常便利

Fabulous stay in hangzhou

This is a five sta4 hotel that really is five stars yet it is reasonably priced. The hotel is dry clean, updated, staff really cares and the location is fantastic if you wish to be close to west lake. The gym is also aws9me and the casual local restaurant is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The only thing to be aware of ( if coming from the us) is that not mainy of the staff speak engliish so communication can be challenging, but also fun, they really try. Great place

Very nice hotel close to West Lake and shopping.

Huge, beautiful hotel with large rooms, great pool and gym. There is also a spa, an amazing bakery and several restaurants. It is very safe and the staff is quite helpful even when language is a barrier. The bakery has items you can pick up and the buffet restaurant is awesome. The Spanish restaurant is very, very good; kind of a foodie place. Did not try out the spa but it looked very nice.

入住时的速度较慢。明明我订的是非吸烟房，可前台接待的小姑娘却表示吸烟房可不可以。找了半天才给了一间，可却是一开始就问她的那一层房间（她当时回答没有了，不知为何最后还是有）。看来前台员工的专业度还是不够。酒店其他方面还不错，离外资5星有差距，准确地说算4星半。

前台员工培训不足

港入住登记时，接待的小姑娘可能是新入职的，没见过我的港澳同胞回乡证，便说这证不能用，要我出示身份证。经旁边资深员工的提点，才接受了回乡证的登记和入住。这虽然只是一点小插曲，无伤大雅，但反映出酒店对新入职员工，特别是前台员工的培训不足。

くつろげるホテル

西湖は少し離れていますが、散歩ならちょうどいい距離でした。建物はゆったりとしたつくりでくつろげました。スタッフは皆親切なのですが、英語があまり通じない点残念でした。
