Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Beautiful rooms and breakfast was good.

The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. I think a windowless room is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but we were there 4 nights and I was wanting some fresh air and sunlight. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel is in the perfect location in Hanoi to explore delicious food and great shopping. The rooms are delightful and the breakfast is so delicious! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay confortable. A special thanks to mIss Ngan Phan who gave us amazing reccommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a wonderful time and we will dedinitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect 10/10. Exceptional stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. Can’t wait to return. Rooms clean spacious and well appointed. Hotel amenities are excellent. From the spa on the ground floor to the Cloud Nine restaurant and lighthouse sky bar. Phu assisted us at check in and throughout our stay. We dinner reservations, recommendations. Excursions Water Puppet theatre show tickets and more. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hanoi for the first time.

This property was wonderful, the location was perfect as it was in in the heart of the Old Quarter and within walking distance of everything. The staff was brilliant, were very friendly and helpful. Specifically Phu Pham, was extremely kind and offered great dining suggestions!

ホアンキエム湖のすぐ近くなので街歩きに便利です。スタッフは親切です。スパも良いです。ただ、クリンネスや諸々の設備、朝食等とにかく普通程度。ワクワクや感動は皆無です。旅においてお宿を重視する人にはお勧めしません。

It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were amazing and the whole service that they provided was second to none. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect.

Overall facilities and customer service was outstanding. Very attentive staff, assistance with organising a group tour on a day/time that wasn’t too hot. Roof top for cocktails was amazing with great atmosphere and music

Loved this boutique hotel! It was conveniently located in the Old Quarter, staff provided excellent service, breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. I was hesitant to not have a pool, but we were so busy that it was fine not having one. And you might be able to access at their sister hotel? We were offered the gym at their property 4 minutes away, but opted to run around the lake right nearby where we joined the locals exercising in the morning.
