"Property was clean and somewhat maintained for the ratings.
Check-in staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and messed up one of our reservations. They handed us the Property brochure and did not explain any of the amenities."

"Hotel is Right next to the freeway. Driving up was a simple inn. Plenty of parking. A bit sketchy. Our room was on the other side of the freeway facing the back of a business. Woke up to find that the shower handle was broken. So no shower for us. When we brought it up to management they didn’t try to make it better or even offered an apology. $148, not worth it without a working shower. Grab and go breakfast bread and coffee. We will not be coming back!"

"This hotel is currently undergoing renovations. When we checked in, the room appeared clean, but after walking barefoot for about 20 minutes while unpacking, my feet were black with dirt and dust. I immediately notified the front desk, and after we took a short walk with our dog, the room had been cleaned.

"We traveled with our grandson to Legoland. The hotel was great. It is located in a quiet area and close to Legoland. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spacious with a pull-out couch for our grandson. It also had a refrigerator and microwave, which were very helpful. The breakfast was fine, a typical hotel breakfast with quite a few options. The dining area is large, with ample seating.
We plan to go back when we take our other grandsons to...
