"The room was spacious and comfortable. It's great that there's enough counter space in the bathroom. We liked that some of the furnitures are modular and reconfigurable to our liking. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the nice breakfast without having to leave the hotel."

They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room.
