"As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back."

"Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion."

Then called a manager about something and was showing him information on the computer through his phone. Then he asked me to swipe my card again, saying that it did not go through. "I booked about a month ahead of our stay only to arrive and have the front desk say they didn’t have a room. Never has this happened to me before. I was told of course that I wouldn’t be charged, only to wake up at a different hotel to see the charges on my card. It took a few days of calling to have the manager reverse the charges. I really hope this is not the standard so be prepared to take a gamble booking here!"

"There is a train nearby and you can hear the train pretty often. We didn't mind, but I think it's worth mentioning since it was pretty loud and pretty often."

"The bathroom was filled with mold. The room smelled like something went bad in it. Everything was dirty. The floor was sticky. The tub and shower had cracks and was filled with dirt and mildew. Upon asking to change rooms because of how disgusting it was we were told that they were full. Even though it was 10:30 pm and the parking lot had maybe 5 other cars in it. We ended up cancelling our second night we were supposed to stay and got another hotel. "
