"Pet friendly, yes. Receptionist was a bit too casual - dressed in undershirt and shorts - but friendly and efficient. The decor was weirdly like in Austin Powers - “groovy, baby!”Just ugly. The beds were comfy, but air conditioning was loud and even when set to “low” blew too much wind across the beds, and no “Off” control to just be rid of it. Road traffic also too audible, as was the stomping of the guest above our room, way after midnight. Breakfast was fine - pretty standard offerings. ...

"Clean room, welcoming staff, easy access"

"Spotlessly clean rooms, super friendly staff, great price! Not far from Richmond, and right off Rt 95."

"Amazing place after a long day at Kings Dominion."

"Room was clean but had a very chemical smell (probably from cleaning agents) that stuck around for the whole time we were there. Front desk staff did the bare minimum with a not so great attitude. Breakfast was fine by the time we got there at 9:15, even though it was supposed to go to 9:30. There are no "extras" or niceties here. It's a very basic hotel that's basically clean and safe. It was fine for one night, but I don't think I could have stood that smell for another night."

"Location was convenient. Staff was very nice. Hotel needs a little attention and updating but it was fair and relatively clean...just not in the best shape. The vending and some of the coffee machines were out of order. There really was not much to work with for breakfast options. If you just need a place to sleep it works. If this is a getaway, you may be disappointed"

"Room was clean. Very quiet. Bed was really comfortable sleeping. Staff was really friendly"

"The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door."

"It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

"I was pleasantly surprised by this motel and location. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You could walk to Kings Dominion from the here so you can't beat the location. There's really no restaurants around, but there is an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant in the motel parking lot that I ate at both nights that I stayed here. The location is quiet and it felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book here."

"This was a very disappointing visit. When we arrived that evening and started unpacking, we were placing items in the room refrigerator only to find a terrible foul stench when we opened the refrigerator door. When asked to get the refrigerator exchanged we were only given the option to change rooms (which we did as the room reaked of the smell). Had to have them fix the TV, had to get 3 sets of cards, and there was water being released from a pipe running into the parking lot amongst other...

"It was great"

"Room appearance looked decent however found bugs, tv had sound but no picture. Loud from 95 traffic and doors slamming. They also do not return your deposit for days. I stayed on thursday night and did not receive deposit back yet todays Wednesday and still waiting and was no damage"

"The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice"
