"We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. "The room was very clean and quiet with room size larger than central London hotels. The lighting was appalling and needs to be improved. The healthy continental breakfast (extra charge) is excellent. All staff very friendly. We arrived an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready but you either pay an extra 10 pounds for access or wait. Not happy with that !. "

"Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Only downside was the streetlight right outside our room which lit the room overnight round the edges of the curtain! Also our room faced the street which meant being woken by the binmen at 4am on a Sunday morning!!"
