"This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!"

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen. "Good location, close to the metro while being a bit away from the hustle and bustle, offering some peace and quiet at a reasonable price. The staff were super friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well equipped. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning precision, as there were a few stains in the bathroom and quite a bit of dust on the iron. "Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"
