"I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness"

"Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport. Turns out it is one block from the central station in Hounslow . There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast. Two blocks from the main street with lots of shopping in good places to eat, there is also a 24 hour convenience store right across the street. Would highly...

"I did not have high expectations for this stay, as it was more affordable than other hotels closer to central London. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. We received fresh towels and toilet paper daily, and our rooms were cleaned and beds tidied each day. The staff members were exceptionally kind and always willing to assist us with any inquiries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a more tranquil experience in London."
