"Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel -the room was spacious and well maintained, the hotel is near a tube stop, a number of good restaurants within walking distance. My only slight complaint is with the breakfast, which was good but not great, and could have varied a bit more from day-to-day."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. "very nice location! stayed here solo traveling for 4 nights! i booked a private room and it was perfect! was a little dusty on the floor and could of used a proper wipe down but i would stay here again!!!!"

"Do not stay here - broken fan , dysfunctional tv , mattress as hard as nails , bathroom smelt like mould , whole hotel very seedy , originally told I had made a mistake and wasn’t booked in there - wish I wasn’t in the end , went to ask for new fan and if tv could be fixed- reception was closed and not even 9pm. Decided to cut my losses and leave."
