"Great location for me gardens and the amazing staff really made our stay special. We forgot something in the room and they kept it in the fridge until we could get back the next day."

"Very pleased with our stay overall. The room amenities were a big plus for our stay and the location was excellent for options for public transit to a variety of locations. The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly Fernando, who went above to ensure our comfort and always had a friendly greeting for us! The room was just as advertised and more than enough space for our needs. It did feel a bit empty and there was space for a small couch or chair but that didn’t impact our stay at all....

"Uh. Where to start. First of all, the name is misleading. This hotel should be called, 'Worst Western Hotel' and not the Best. No complaints about the staff who were helpful and polite. My room was covered in dust from top to bottom. The coffee sachets - DUST. The kettle - DUST. The coffee mugs - DUST. The bathroom - DUST. "Room was clean, was close by to train station and local shops and was close by to a nice park to sit and enjoy the late night sun. Was able to park in the underground car park so made it alot easier that trying to find somewhere to park."

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
