I had a very clean room with some issues such as the card holder being broken and the TV remote not changing channels but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me with getting these issues sorted and overall I had an excellent stay. If you're coming for a short stay this is the best affordable option. The bedding was soft and had little to no discomfort in the morning.
Very close to the train station and extremely easy to access local stores to buy snacks or to visit the Ealing Broadway shopping centre. The breakfast was also quite healthy and light and I never felt it was too little and was afraid to have more. For negatives, I'd say that asking people to sign up for a free WiFi service by signing up did seem strange although you can just sign up without ticking for the offers but still, it's rather better to have been given a password than sign up for deals you'd never want especially when it comes to WiFi. The other is the layout of the room toilets where they are cramped against the wall next to a large sink and it was extremely uncomfortable to use them and unfortunately, they are a part of every room in the hotel. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay despite some hiccups. I never felt anything was missing in terms of service or amenities given the price this was more than I could've imagined and I hope my review reaches the team to help and improve as well as gives other visitors confidence in booking here.
