"First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. "The location of this property is convenient. About a mile away from restaurants, 15 minutes away from a Walmart and urgent care/hospital. Spacious rooms, indoor pool, nice patio areas with bbq pits and a fire pit. Overall a very nice hotel for a decent price. The only downfall was the staff was extremely rude. "This Free breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The food was edible but there was no organization to it. People were standing and huddled around the toasters making their toast or bagel. It was a mini madhouse."

"Very nice stay. Lots of room. The place was really clean, we had two bedrooms, this place is like an apartment. I enjoyed myself, the staff was excellent. We had a little car trouble and the staff instantly gave me several options. Everything worked out great. If I am in SC again I will definitely look to stay at Main Stay Harbison."

The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. "This hotel needs a lot of reconstruction work! The tv is very tiny, making it difficult to watch it and relax! The tub is very old, ceilings are brown, needs repainting. For the money, it could gave been better."

"Room was like a meat freezer. TV could not display You Tube or Netflix. Other shows were pure trash. Work out machine was inoperable. Staff behind the desk were like the walking dead. This entire property needs to be trashed, renewed or refurbished."

"Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it.
