"One of the best-maintained motels I have ever experienced. Very comfortable for the low cost. Friendly staff! Convenience foods and drinks available for self-checkout in the lobby. Outdoor pool for guests only - requires wristband. Overnight parking for $20. Airport shuttle for $10. Checkout by noon. Check in after noon."

"Being on the boat was an amazing experience and so many props to the staff. They really create an amazing atmosphere! Would really recommend the team to deep clean the bathrooms, and update them if possible. The showers were not clean. Very dirty and moldy. I had to wear slippers in the shower. As a frequent traveler a nice, comfortable and clean bathroom is a must especially if im staying for more than a night, not sure if I will be back."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a great view, and I love the size of the hotel and the many floors. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, which really helped make up for some of the concerns with the property. The hotel itself is definitely showing its age and could use some updating. Areas such as the elevators, flooring, bathroom vanity, and other parts of the room and hotel are starting to look worn and outdated. Some renovations would make a big difference. My biggest disappointment was the cost of breakfast at the café. Breakfast for two people was $112, with one person having the buffet and the other only having a bowl of oatmeal and coffee. I felt this was extremely expensive, especially for a hotel breakfast. Overall, the wonderful customer service, great view, and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, but updating the property and offering more reasonable breakfast prices would greatly improve the overall guest experience."
