"Front desk employees were the rudest people I have ever encountered at the hotel both the individuals working at different times the morning guy wanted to fight my husband because he left his shirt in the car and guy told him to put it on and had to go back to the room to get the car key to get his shirt out of the car and the employee chased him down and got in his face threatening him told him he needed to leave the property. "Literally the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The window was broken, and the bed, walls, TV, fridge, and counters were all stained. The entire room reeked of harsh cleaning products. We ended up immediately booking a different hotel and leaving. The guy at the front desk was nice, but unfortunately the room itself was awful. I had no way to get a refund."

"The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town."
