"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

"We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

"This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. "Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned. But that’s what you’d expect from a hit ran by Indians. Looked like something you find in India. No wonder the best western and Fairfield next...

"Okay option if you need to save money, but go somewhere else if you can. Bad area, outdated, door had to be leaned against to fully shut to be able to lock, sink bathroom sink leaking below the counter. Positives: nice staff, clean"

"The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town."
