"I was told the airport shuttle would pick me up at the airport T station if I called the number on the card the handed me. I called multiple times and let the phone ring for 5+ minutes - no answer - so may family and I walked the 1.75 mikes to the hotel. when we arrived the line to check in was 10 deep. I had already checked in, did not mention the incident to the staff as - the person handling the desk was working alone."

"Booked 2 rooms and stayed for 4 nights, most experience was good.
One of the rooms had a toilet issue, where the water tank would not fill every couple of flushes. After a number of complaints they did repair it, but took two and half days of temp fixes before final repair.
The other room, had a water pressure issue in the shower. Daughters complained that it took FAR TO LONG TO RINSE THEIR HAIR. The hotel staff said, that room recieved a modified shower head to reduce water usage. Sounds...

"We were not able to stay in the room that we requested for the first night which was quite disappointing due to arriving earlier and then coming back later that evening. To make up for the mistake the staff apologized for the evening and gave us a 20% discount for the first night and an upgraded room for the remainder of the stay. It well made up for the unfortunate night. Thank you"

"I can’t say enough about how great the staff was at this hotel. They went out of their way to be polite and helpful. The room was a little small. we had a King standard room and there was only one night stand which I thought was very odd. It was nothing fancy but it was very clean and the shower was great. It’s in walking distance to just about everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Boston is a great city I can’t wait to go back and explore more of it."
