"Hello I would like to talk about an impotant matter and I would like to compensate for that. There was just one staff working in the reception and she was so tired after a long waiting and get our keys first there was no one to help us for the buggage and second in the room "

"Clean room, central location, beautiful views from our room. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. Then a couple nights later the hotel was flooded with young people for what appeared to be prom night. They were very noisy in the elevator area that was around the corner from our room. Bad timing I guess. For the amount we paid for 5 nights I think we could have gotten value elsewhere."

"smallest room in the world, booked a standard king and got stuck in a room in which i could not even fully open the door lol. plus it was right next to the elevator so i was woken up by noise all evening. would stay here again but definitely not in room 316"
