"**Terrible Experience – Absolutely No Customer Service!**
The room was nice, but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended!
Earlier in the evening, I called the hotel and explained that my wife and daughter would be arriving late due to work issues. The woman at the front desk assured me it was no problem, took my wife's name, and said she would be expecting her.
Well, apparently that conversation never happened!
When my wife arrived, the gentleman at the front desk REFUSED...

"The price was right for a one night stay. Nothing extra really needed. Bed good, shower hood, pillows were just weird? What I didn’t like was the feeling of they have given up on this property. Kinda sad. Carpet stained, hand truck left just off the elevators for the hours we were there. Elevators were just there for one purpose. Holes left in the wall from previous signage, tracks dirty. This can be the first impression of the hotel after the lobby. Overall the hotel needs attention."

"The staff was as helpful as they could be, given the tools at their disposal.
The rooms had no place for storing clothes. The closet had only three hinges and no shelves for storage. The is also dress to store clothing. This was a first, to have no pace to store clothing for a three night stay.
This is the first hotel I have stayed in that did not have a coffee maker in the room. This was disturbing, and extremely inconvenient for guest to have to go down to the dining area for their first cup...
