"Dated furniture and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, you wouldn't think you were only yards from a main road. Ample car parking. Bus stop just outside main gate with plenty of buses into city centre. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Less than 5 mins walk to City Square so perfect location. Checkin was so easy with staff so polite and helpful. They informed us we had been given a free room upgrade which was not only ideal but most unexpected. Room had a well equipped kitchenette bedroom and bathroom facilities all so clean. We had in all a wonderful weekend at the Chambers and would definately recommend a stay there. Big thank you once again to all the staff for making our stay so special. "There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again."
