"Property is showing its age but not necessarily in the room which is modern enough. Our room had a Murphy Bed with a mattress that wasn't very comfortable and I'd be surprised if it was a Queen. Staff is helpful and accommodating and you can't beat the hot springs which is why you're there!"

"Motel room was on bottom floor. The man working the reception was really friendly and told us hwere things were and 15 percent off at one of the diners. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable."

"Room was bright, spacious, clean and had a bathtub, not just a shower. You cannot swim in the Harrison resort hot pools if you are not staying at the old Harrison resort, so be warned that you have to swim at this hotel's pool instead.
