"Nice place although they do have illusions of grandeur. The hot springs are "managed" to a temperature which is about body temperature. We were surprised that the in-room coffee amenities were on a par with those offered in cheaper motels."

"The bathroom and bedding etc were very clean. The kitchen floor, when we wiped up water, we found was dirty. The kitchen lacked a sponge to wash the dishes with, no scrubber for the pots and pans and no tea towels to dry the dishes. The bedroom lacked air flow, air conditioner doesn't go that far. ..."
