"We stayed in the “cottages” separate from the main building. This wasn’t that clear at the time of booking. They seem old and in need of a bit of love. But it was quiet, clean and safe. And the bed was comfortable. However the wifi failed on the second night and they couldn’t get it fixed for us. Quite annoying."

"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful.
