"Staff were so friendly and helpful in arranging travel for us to get to Wembley stadium as my mum has a walking problem. The room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it as a base again if we were going to watch a concert at the stadium as the experience was so easy over the 2 days and is a great location for any concerts there."

"Very central but quiet in the space and with hot weather just now, the air conditioning was really appreciated! Everyone very helpful. Just be aware that you will not be able to stand up in the space but you can stretch your arms up with room to spare when lying down. Takes a wee bit of getting used to, shimmying out the pod but for such a central locution and the quiet when in the space, such a bargain. Would use again!"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. "This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."
