"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond."

"Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....
