"Room was great and clean. Complaints are with the staff being knowledgeable and having to pay more at check in that I paid for the room through hotels.com. I was told I would be credited back what was a "deposit" but still haven't been and they tell me that I have to speak with my bank bc it's not on their end now.. just not a good experience and feel like 100 was just stolen from me and no one will help. "

"The room was clean and the pool was nice although i didn’t use it very long as the smell of chlorine was overbearing. The breakfast was nearby our room and smelled like something got burnt through out the hallways . The view is nice outside the hotel area . I wish there were more food options available beside beer and liquor and bar food for a hotel this size . I was offered a free drink but all the drinks were taken away from the pantry the evening I checked in. The view outside was nice and close to some business establishments . It was nice for what I was there for leisure . "

"Chose this hotel strictly for the hot tub in room. So got reservation for the King Suite with jetted tub. Highest room rate in the hotel. Got into room, filled hot tub and pressed the ON button. Some noise was made, a motor started running and a very weak stream of water came from 2 of the 15 or so jets. Went and spoke with on call manager/desk attendant and asked if I was missing something. Was told no and seemed shocked something was wrong. Was told come see him in the morning. Does nothing to rectify situation. Go to checkout and now that guy is gone and have to deal with the "kiosk" attendant. Told him of the issue and was told he would forward to management so it would not happen again. No offer or effort to correct the situation with my reservation. As of this writing that same room is available for rent at the same hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL PERIOD! Will be telling my story on all my social media to keep someone else from getting screwed by this hotel."

"Water was cold never got hot. I didn’t even stay the first night had to go to another hotel"

"The hotel was pretty clean, staff was nice. Comments I have is that there was no trash can in the bathroom and there were urine “splashes” under the standing sink where the towels are folded. We had requested a baby crib through the text line, no response. Upon check in, hotel staff stated they would check in and see if they had one and call me, but they never got back to me. Luckily we brought a pack n play. We also requested extra blankets and the text line stated we could pick a bedding bag up at the front desk for the pull out bed (which we didn’t have in our room). Parking is a good walk from the main entrance."
