"The staff were very professional, welcoming, warm and compassionate! They were extremely kind. Each encounter from the welcome by the bellman to receptionist, room service and housekeepers were all remarkable! The hotel is very luxurious and the amenities are 5-star. I was very comfortable, relaxed and didn’t want to leave despite being a solo traveler. And the food was exquisitely delicious and savory!"

"We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...

"The White House end of the hotel is lovely. Sadly we were in a different part where the rooms were tired and ultra basic. Our room stank of vomit, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the bed. We only had one towel and one toilet roll for two of us sharing a double room. The staff were kind but lacked an understanding of hospitality, in particular they were confused when serving dinner. Two meals came out wrong, then were corrected before being taken away,...

"Our second visit and we would be happy to stay again. Set in a lovely olde worlde part of Shepperton it is a nice quiet location very close to the river. Lovely bar area and restaurant with an out door area to sit and watch the river life. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, water pressure for the shower was a bit low but adequate. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay."
