"The receptionist lady was very helpful and her professionalism was good. The room was clean and modern"

"No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors."

"This is my second stay here after an overnight stay last June. I aim to book here whenever I can going forward as it was as good if not better which was a high bar to begin with. Parking is really convenient. It was a great room with lovely air-conditioning which was required for such a warm, April day. I had a great workout in the well-equipped gym. "This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great.
